Bioinformatics Data Analyst

Overview Responsible for providing assistance with bioinformatic analysis and programming support for Omics analysis, including transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics data analysis. Specifically involved in single-cell RNA and ATAC-seq data analysis, microbiome analysis, and other bioinformatics analyses as needed to support translational research under supervision. Responsibilities Support spatial profiling analysis (Visium HD, Xenium, CosMx). Ensure data integrity, track metadata, standardize analysis pipelines, and provide interpretation of results. Carry out large‑scale sequence data management and analysis procedures in close collaboration and write resulting data for manuscripts and grant applications. May perform basic lab techniques such as DNA/RNA isolation and submitting omics data to appropriate resources. Generate publication‑ready figures, methods sections, and results for manuscripts, presentations, and grant applications.
