Orthodontist / Multi-Specialty Dental Practice

A Dental organization in southeastern Wisconsin is seeking an Orthodontist to join its established clinical team. This opportunity is available on a full-time or part-time basis .

The position offers the opportunity to focus on orthodontic patient care within an established practice environment. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to work with a supportive clinical team while concentrating on treatment planning, patient care, and long-term orthodontic outcomes.

Compensation information is available, with reported annual earning potential ranging from $375,000 to $600,000 , depending on the final compensation structure and productivity arrangements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate patients and develop appropriate orthodontic treatment plans.
• Provide orthodontic treatment based on individual patient needs.
• Fit and manage orthodontic appliances.
• Monitor treatment progress and make appropriate adjustments.
• Schedule and conduct regular patient follow-up visits.
• Perform clinically appropriate dental procedures within the scope of orthodontic practice.
• Educate patients regarding oral hygiene and treatment recommendations.
• Address complex or unusual dental and orthodontic conditions within the appropriate scope of care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and members of the clinical team.
• Help support a positive patient experience through professional and patient-centered care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited university.
• Current Wisconsin dental license or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure.
• Commitment to providing quality patient care.
• Strong interpersonal and chairside communication skills.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS for Full-time

• Reported annual compensation range: $375,000–$600,000
• The supplied information references a salary guarantee between $375,000 and $400,000 .
• Additional earning potential may be available through an incentive structure.
