Full Time Technical Lanham, Lanham, MD, US 12 days ago Requisition ID: 1349 Salary Range: $30.00 To $32.00 Annually The Survey Technician will perform surveying duties to assist the Survey Lead. These duties include: Read and interpret property deeds Prepare boundary surveys and the associated metes and bounds descriptions Prepare ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and the ability to review title commitments and reports Prepare WSSC easements Prepare various types of easements, including the associated metes and bounds descrptions Prepare subdivision plats Process topographic surveys Process construction stakeout field notes and prepare cut sheets Interpret construction drawings Have a familiarity with surveying field procedures and equipment Prepare WSSC water and sewer asbuilt drawings Prepare house wall checks and final house location drawings Prepare condominium drawings Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience, preferably some time working in Maryland, a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a good driving record. Must be able to perform physical tasks. Must be detail oriented, accurate and work well with others. Additionally, must be dependable and have a positive team player attitude.
