Job Title: RN - Long Term Care (Locals Only)

Location: Bloomfield, NM

Type: Contract | 6 Weeks

Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM | 36 Hours/Week | Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN - Long Term Care (LTC) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Bloomfield, NM.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to care
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality patient care
• Support resident safety, comfort, and overall well-being

Requirements

• Active New Mexico RN License required
• Current BLS/CPR Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience preferred
• Experience in Long Term Care (LTC), Rehabilitation, or Skilled Nursing settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of EMR/documentation systems preferred
• Understanding of infection control, medication administration, and patient safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
