Physician - Cardiothoracic Surgeon - Robust Support Staff, 8 Weeks Off

Position Highlights

• Join a collaborative heart and vascular team with experienced cardiothoracic and vascular surgeons, cardiologists, intensivists, and advanced practice providers.
• Perform full spectrum of adult cardiothoracic surgery, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair and replacement, and thoracic procedures.
• Access advanced imaging, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and vascular programs.
• Dedicated cardiac operating rooms and hybrid procedural capabilities with a support team of 2-3 surgical PAs and 1 non‑surgical PA who take first call.
• Brand new heart and vascular clinic space with 20+ exam rooms in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment with dedicated leadership, nursing and support staff.
• State‑of‑the‑art emergency trauma department with a dedicated air ambulance program, including fixed and rotor‑wing capabilities.
• Opportunity to participate in program development, quality initiatives, and outreach activities.
