Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a scrappy, highly engaged, hands-on Restaurant Leader to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a fast casual background with some corporate and independent experience. Let's speak about this opportunity.

AGM Responsibilities:

Responsible for staffing and leading Teams to deliver a phenomenal guest experience and growing the business.
The Go-To individual in the team because you know every station and are a natural problem solver.
Obsessed with product quality and food safety procedures
Strong and decisive communicator who gains alignment with all stakeholders

AGM Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant leadership role
Able to work a variety of shifts, including late nights.
Reliable transport and a valid driver's license
Ability to speak and understand Spanish
Strong catering background and knowledge

Leader Benefits:

A base salary of $60-$70K
Lucrative bonuses based on restaurant performance
Two weeks of Paid Time Off plus Sick Days
Ability to grow with the company as we are opening more locations.
