Bioprocessing Sales Specialist

Repligen seeks a Bioprocessing Sales Specialist to drive sales of Process Analytics products across the Mid-Atlantic region. The role focuses on building customer relationships, executing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize bioprocessing workflows for biopharmaceutical and contract manufacturing clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for Process Analytics Products; develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with biopharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and contract manufacturing organizations
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends; monitor competitor activities and develop competitive strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, technical support, and field application specialists on sales execution
- Maintain CRM database accuracy and generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights using Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Bioprocessing, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of sales experience in bioprocessing or biotechnology industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of bioprocessing industry trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical presentation ability
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with cross-functional collaboration
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Mid-Atlantic Region
Compensation: $137,000-$195,500 base
