Austin, TX (Hybrid)

8–12-month Contract with possibility to extension

This worker will be required to work onsite 2-3 days/wk on rotating schedule. Will also need to be available for potential periodic onsite maintenance or emergency issue fixes as needed.

Skills background:

• At least 6 Years of experience supporting Microsoft Operating Systems environments as an IT Systems Administrator,
• Experience providing all aspects of configuration and end user support for Microsoft Office 365 applications,
• Experience configuring and supporting cisco switches and routers while working in a secure user environment,
• Experience providing direct support to agency Business units and Stakeholders.

Duties to include:

• Implement and support the Recovery AD Domain, Okta Environment, Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 environments,
• Manage user accounts and network configurations as required to provide services to meet the business and technical requirements,
• Provide Recovery domain security and overall support for domain systems and services, to include the responsibility for management of the physical IT servers in partnership with other systems administrators, and backup support of other systems
• Support on-premises Active Directory server,
• Provide support as the teams System’s Administrator,
• Provide support and resolve tickets for email issues and Microsoft cloud applications such as O365, Email security, email archived services.
• Support Recovery domain server configurations and virtual storage.
• Manage both Cloud and physical on-site network and system services,
• Administer Office 365 suite of applications, Active Directory and One Drive for user accounts,
• Provide systems and user desktop support as backup when required.
• Provide part time Azure support

Network admin:

• Implement, support, and maintain secure infrastructure and networking for internet, file storage and printers, based on requirements.
• Perform system maintenance for local switches and wireless devices
• Manage system and user account administration for software applications, network accounts, etc.
