The Perioperative Services RN Manager will oversee an inpatient Operating Room within a high-volume surgical center featuring 8 ORs, advanced technology , and an established Robotics Program . The department offers specialized expertise across Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, Plastics, and Urology, giving the Surgical Services Department Manager the opportunity to lead a diverse and clinically engaging surgical program. This is a true Operating Room leadership position, and strong Operating Room leadership experience is required . The Perioperative Services RN Manager will oversee daily operations, staffing, patient care delivery, quality initiatives, performance improvement, and professional development across the surgical department. The OR RN Manager will partner closely with surgeons, anesthesia professionals, perioperative nurses, and other healthcare leaders to ensure safe, efficient surgical operations. A collaborative team of friendly nurses and diverse healthcare professionals provides a strong foundation for this leader to build upon, while the role offers meaningful opportunities to mentor staff, strengthen workflows, and advance perioperative quality.
