Position Details Overview Provides case management/therapy for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values and Mercy service standards. Qualifications Education: Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling or other human-service related field. Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years Behavioral Health experience preferred.
