You'll manage a defined territory covering Fresno, Bakersfield and Modesto growing both new and existing business.· Develop and execute a sales plan to grow territory revenue and meet or exceed goals.· Prospect, qualify, and convert new business while deepening relationships with existing accounts.· Act as a trusted consultant to independent eye care professionals, presenting solutions tailored to their unique needs.· Confidently present, negotiate, and close sales to drive sustainable growth and build a book of business from the ground up.· Excellent organization and communication skills.· Use technology, digital tools, and social media to amplify outreach and track performance.· Manage time and territory efficiently, including daily travel and occasional overnight stays.· Sense of style and eye for fashion.· Candidates must be capable of regularly carrying sample bags weighing a minimum of 30 lbs, requiring car trunk space utilization and lifting.Here's what's in your corner to help you win:· Competitive Pay: Base salary plus uncapped commission starting at $85,000 and incentive opportunities; the more you grow your territory sales, the more you earn.· Comprehensive Benefits for Work/Life Blend: Company-subsidized medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage; 401(k) with profit sharing; paid time off; floating holidays; and paid volunteer days.· Expense Management: Reimbursement for travel and personal marketing needs, supporting business growth.· Tools & Training: A rep-inspired sales app, digital and social media resources, account data and reporting, robust marketing materials, interactive onboarding, and ongoing coaching.
