Superintendent

We are a national commercial general contractor is looking to bring on a Superintendent to manage field operations for projects throughout the region. This team specializes in fast-track retail construction, tenant improvements, remodels, and rollout programs across a wide range of commercial clients. 

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on active construction projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to keep projects on track
• Lead jobsite safety efforts and ensure compliance with all standards
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and project sequencing
• Work closely with Project Managers to maintain schedule, budget, and quality
• Handle punch lists and drive projects to successful completion

What We're Looking For

• 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong background in tenant improvements, remodels, or retail build-outs
• Experience managing projects in active or occupied environments
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and keep tight schedules
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
