Facility Helper Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred. Facility Helper Experience Requirements + Job Responsibilities Experience in painting, construction, facility maintenance, or a related field. Knowledge of drywall, framing, sheetrock repair, demolition, flooring, and general repairs. Ability to safely use hand and power tools. Perform interior and exterior painting, including proper surface preparation. Complete basic construction tasks such as drywall repair, demolition, framing, flooring, and minor carpentry. Conduct general facility maintenance, including cleaning, organizing, and repairing building structures. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Assist with renovation and remodeling projects as needed. Perform pressure washing and furniture assembly. Help relocate inventory and stockroom materials between facilities. Follow all company safety policies and workplace regulations. Facility Helper Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift. Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
