Sales Associate / Front Desk

Job Overview StretchLab Johns Creek has an immediate opening for a Sales Associate to help with front desk and sales tasks at a health and fitness boutique studio. Hours are flexible. This is a part‑time position and probably won't pay all the bills but will provide some extra spending cash. The right candidate will know computers and really like to be around people. A person with a flexible schedule that can fill in on various shifts through the week as needed. Someone who enjoys life and values staying active. You get a complimentary StretchLab membership! What You Can Expect From Us Calm and relaxing boutique fitness atmosphere Training so you can be confident in what you're doing Teamwork with an amazing group of coworkers Daily interaction with fantastic clientele Deep satisfaction from knowing you're helping improve lives Duties Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close Phone calls, texts, and outreach Book and confirm stretch sessions for our current and prospective clients Greet and check‑in clients and answer phone inquiries Opportunity to occasionally participate in special events such as health fairs and community events Help create social media content Present and sell merchandise Help maintain studio cleanliness Qualifications Love connecting with people Ability to create a positive welcoming environment Great phone etiquette and communication skills Talent for customer service Drive to understand and meet client needs Ability to exceed expectations Proficient computer and software skills Prior experience in a fitness/health environment helpful, but not required Must be reliable and dependable Compensation & Benefits This position offers an hourly base rate of $12 along with commission on sales Complimentary monthly membership included with employment Potential for growth within the company (if desired, but not required) About StretchLab StretchLab is the industry leader in one‑on‑one assisted stretching.
