This individual will be responsible for expanding existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and serving as a trusted partner to customers throughout the dairy and livestock markets.Key ResponsibilitiesGrow revenue within an assigned territory by developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships.Identify and engage feed manufacturers, premix companies, distributors, nutritionists, veterinarians, and large livestock producers.Utilize consultative and value-based selling techniques to move prospects through the sales cycle and close new business.Present technical product information and communicate product benefits to customers and industry.Build strategic partnerships with customers and support long-term business growth initiatives.Monitor customer satisfaction, product performance, market trends, and competitive activity.Develop sales forecasts and maintain accurate CRM, call reports, and expense reporting.Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, seminars, and industry events.Ideal BackgroundThe successful candidate will have a passion for animal agriculture and experience selling into the dairy industry.
