Job Title: Call Center / Patient Services Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries, service-related issues, billing concerns, and complaints. The ideal candidate will communicate professionally, identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

This role may involve handling inbound and outbound customer communications, documenting interactions, resolving issues, and coordinating with other departments when additional assistance is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account-related concerns.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions, processing refunds, making billing adjustments, or coordinating merchandise exchanges as applicable.
• Contact customers to address questions, provide updates, and communicate the results of claim investigations or planned adjustments.
• Escalate unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, feedback, and actions taken.
• Enter and update customer information in databases and customer service systems.
• Follow established procedures and service guidelines to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Manage customer requests efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of customer service or related experience required.

Work Environment:

• Customer service-focused environment requiring regular communication with customers and internal departments.
• May involve inbound calls, outbound calls, email correspondence, and computer-based data entry, depending on business needs.
