Locums CT Surgery PA Clinic + Call Billings, MT (IMLC Accepted) Why This Role

  • Ongoing cardiothoracic surgery APP coverage through the summer and beyond
  • Mix of vascular clinic and inpatient floor call responsibilities
  • Work alongside an established cardiac, vascular, and thoracic surgery team
  • Level I trauma center environment with Cerner EMR
    • Assignment Details
  • Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
  • Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Ongoing assignment
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Call Details:
    • - Beeper call - 1:4 call ratio - 20-minute response time - Approx. 20% callback volume Requirements
  • Physician Assistant only
  • Active Montana license or IMLC
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible
  • Cardiothoracic/cardiac surgery experience
  • Comfortable covering vascular clinic and inpatient floor call
    • Clinical Details
  • Coverage includes:
    • - Cardiac surgery patients - Vascular surgery patients - Thoracic surgery patients
  • Approximately 10 patients per shift
  • Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
  • Level I trauma center
