Remote Customer Solutions Specialist

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote Customer Solutions Specialist will engage with customers through phone, live chat, and email, addressing their unique needs while employing creative problem-solving skills and maintaining a high-quality customer experience. Key responsibilities Communicating empathetically and confidently with customers in a fast-paced environment Investigating complex customer situations by analyzing information across multiple systems Using sound judgment to make decisions regarding credits, refunds, and other customer resolutions Required qualifications Conversational fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills Experience using Office 365, Windows systems, and multiple software platforms Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute Reliable high-speed internet connection of at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload No degree required; relevant skills and experience are prioritized
