Product Owner Location: McLean, VA - On-site The Opportunity We’re looking for a Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution; someone who doesn’t just manage backlogs, but drives meaningful product outcomes. As a Strategio Product Owner you will: Define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs aligned with business goals and data‑driven strategies Translate complex stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable user stories Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver high‑quality products on time Drive product delivery end‑to‑end, including roadmap ownership and squad leadership Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and insights Facilitate agile ceremonies and champion continuous improvement across teams Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, support defect resolution, and ensure end‑to‑end product quality Core Skills 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Data Analyst Strong expertise in the mortgage industry (processes, data, and regulatory context) Deep knowledge of ETL processes, data analysis, and Informatica Proven ability to independently drive product delivery (requirements, backlog, roadmap, leadership) Experience leading cross‑functional collaboration and business validation Strong partnership with QA teams, including testing strategy and execution support Nice‑to‑Haves Familiarity with data platforms, analytics tools, or cloud technologies Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification Experience working with distributed or global teams Exposure to regulatory or risk‑focused data initiatives Background in business analysis or data strategy Your job search ends here.
