Within this program, we also offer function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities that will encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on, meaningful experiences from your very first day on the job.Dive right in as part of our Web Marketing teams to use your knowledge to influence our website experience, online strategy, technical content, data analytics, and more. You will gain exposure to TI’s Worldwide Marketing teams and businesses, and play a key role in serving customer needs to drive revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to lead and execute multiple strategic marketing projects, and receive personal coaching and mentoring from a team of industry-leading professionals.Owning one of TI's product portfolios or applications, you will gain a deep understanding of the product line and system engineering strategy, priorities and structure. You will interact with customers and TI's sales teams to understand their current and future needs, as well as identify key marketing objectives, regions and markets, competition, roadmaps and key technology trends.As Portfolio Marketing Engineer, you will also get exposure to other disciplines such as applications, systems, sales and user experience design through formal learning, projects and on-the-job development experiences helping you broaden your knowledge and accelerate your growth and success at TI.Put your talent to work with us! Change the world, love your job!QualificationsMinimum requirements:Bachelors degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fieldMinimum GPA 3.0/4.0Preferred qualifications:Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externallyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to quickly ramp on new systems and processesDemonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functionsAbility to take the initiative and drive for resultsStrong time management skills that enable on-time project deliveryAbout the organizationTI does not make recruiting or hiring decisions based on citizenship, immigration status or national origin.
