Landscape Crew LeadWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Lead to join our team in Fairhope, AL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial landscape maintenance, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily work assignments while ensuring high-quality results. This role is responsible for leading a crew, coordinating job site activities, maintaining company standards, and ensuring customer properties remain clean, healthy, and visually appealing.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew, providing direction, training, and support throughout the workday.Review, prioritize, and manage daily work lists to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, mulching, and general grounds maintenance services.Ensure all commercial properties meet company quality standards and customer expectations.Coordinate crew activities, assign responsibilities, and monitor productivity on job sites.Safely operate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other power tools.Identify and address landscaping issues, making recommendations for property improvements when needed.Assist with landscape enhancement projects, including plant installations, irrigation repairs, sod installation, and seasonal cleanup.Conduct daily equipment and vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures while promoting a safe work environment.Communicate effectively with management, customers, and crew members regarding job progress and site needs.Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Fairhope, AL.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
