Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description Interview Management: Manage all aspects of on-site and virtual interview scheduling, including travel arrangements and accommodations for candidates. Candidate Experience: Collaborate with assigned recruiters to enhance the candidate’s experience through proactive scheduling and effective follow-up communication. Administrative Support: Handle sensitive personal documents and assist candidates with the expense reimbursement process. Systems Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to the Greenhouse ATS. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, hiring managers, and recruiting groups to streamline global recruitment efforts. Project Assistance: Address support requests, escalating to management as necessary, and assist with additional operations and research projects as assigned. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information. Familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus. Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills. Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels, including senior management and executives. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar Google Suite applications.
