Job responsibilities :
- Assist HR Director to co-ordinate the Group's three management work (Fixed staffing, Fixed positions, and Fixed personnel);
- Responsible for key position channel mining, global sourcing and recruitment execution;
- Establish and improve the mechanism of talent introduction and talent retention;
- Improve talent mapping and talent assessment system;
- Planning talent ladder training projects;
- Daily docking with the Group and global HRBP team, responsible for recruitment, deployment and employee relations team management;
- Undertake other tasks assigned by the company or superiors.
