Schedule: Weekend
Weekly Hours: 36.00
Starting Pay: $3010

Department Scheduling Options

Weekend-only contract: Work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Night contract: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, two out of three weekends
Variable shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3:00 PM - 3:30 AM, or 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, two out of three weekends

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. Ideal candidates should possess:

A minimum of one year of nursing experience
At least six months of travel nursing experience
Residency at least 60 miles from the facility

Job Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) will:

Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver personalized care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to ensure effective care planning and evaluation
Demonstrate nursing competency and adhere to age-specific standards in their clinical environment
Provide care across all stages of preventative health, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
Manage care planning, patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions
Operate within the guidelines of the Nurse Practice Act and relevant administrative rules

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA)
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred
Possession of an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice, or multistate licensure if applicable
Maintain required competencies and certifications specific to the department
