While other shops slow down for the season, we're not. We're looking for an HVAC Service Technician who owns their work, communicates well with homeowners, and wants to earn more based on what they produce. We want someone who goes beyond fixing equipment: someone who diagnoses the issue, walks the customer through their options, and delivers a great experience every time. What You'll Do
- Run residential HVAC service calls scheduled by dispatch, including repairs, maintenance, and system inspections
- Diagnose issues accurately and present clear repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Educate customers and help them make informed decisions
- Deliver a 5-star experience on every visit
- Maintain a clean, professional job site and company vehicle
- Complete job documentation digitally (training provided)
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in occupied homes (required)
- TDLR ACR Technician Registration (or ACR license), or actively working toward obtaining one
- Ability to diagnose systems and present repair and replacement options to homeowners effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain solutions and demonstrate value
- A goal-driven mindset with the desire to grow your earnings
- A professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record (a company vehicle will be provided)
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
