Join our team at Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, we offer full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities available with same day pay. Shifts include 7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM-11 PM, and 11 PM-7 AM. Full-time employees receive a $3 PIB, $2 shift differential for 3 PM-11 PM and 11 PM-7 AM, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation is $21.00-$23.00 an hour (all inclusive).

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
