The opportunity to grow, challenge yourself, be heard, and be part of a supportive team is at your fingertips!Benefits (Full Time employees)Competitive PayPaid Time Off401k planEmployee Assistance ProgramMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceJob Duties:Read and implement care/activities of daily living (ADLs) according to the resident service plan.PASS MEDICATION according to physician orders if applying for the med tech position using the electronic health recordRespond to resident and other team member needs in a timely manner.Prioritize communication between other team members using group messaging and two-way radiosDemonstrates empathy and develops caring rapport with residents and other employees.Willing to support and lift other team members when they are struggling or learning a new processPromotes resident independence and self-care.Delivers and documents resident care and services in accordance with individual service plans.Maintains accurate and complete records of delivered care in the electronic health record.Completes incident reports sensitively, accurately, and timely.Understands safety and infection control processes and demonstrates practices to control the spread of communicable illnesses.Promotes a clean, orderly, and safe environment including performing housekeeping, when needed.Recognize, respond, and communicate with the maintenance team to keep the community, work environment, and resident apartment in a clean, comfortable, and safe condition.Adopt a code of conduct in how we behave with team members, visitors, vendors, and others in accordance with Company values.QualificationsQualifications:AZ Caregiver certification.Memory Care experience is an advantage.Must have the availability to work for 1 weekend day.Proven experience as an empathetic caregiver and valued team member.Committed to employee and resident health & safety.Reliable, punctual, and willing to work the established schedule.Excellent communication and people skills and willingness to offer solutions to identified challenges.Ability to learn how to use the electronic health record to document according to regulation and Company policy.A patient, willing, positive, and compassionate attitude toward others.
