Installers are paid hourly or piece rate. Why join our team: We care for our employees' well-being and structure our company so that our front-line employees are rewarded appropriately for their hard work. • Uncapped Pay Potential • Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision Insurance • Disability and Term Life Insurance • Matching 401(k) • On-going training & development and growth opportunities • Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off (PTO) What you will do: • Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications • Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field • Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have • Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation • Properly connect equipment • Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements • Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures Who you are: • 3-5 Years HVAC installation experience preferred • HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school • Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record • Ability to handle heavy equipment Who we are: We are a family-owned and operated company with a small business feel but large business size, growth, and stability.
