Stevenson Oaks is looking for Licensed Vocation Nurses (LVN) who thrive in a positive team environment. We pride ourselves on treating residents the way we'd like to be treated. Hours: Rotating schedule from 6:30am-6:30pm in Assisted Living.

We are currently seeking a Full-time LVN to:

• direct and coordinate activities of aides
• perform basic daily nursing functions
• issue proper medications
• meet the nursing needs of our residents in an efficient, economical, and caring manner- while maintaining high standards and quality care

Qualifications

Required Education/Certification/Licensure:

• Graduation from an accredited vocational school of nursing and current Texas LVN license required.

Training and Experience:

• Training or experience in geriatric, psychiatric or medical/surgical nursing preferred.
• Knowledgeable of human development, including the processes of aging, and of social and health problems confronting older persons.
