We're looking for a motivated Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician of all levels and skill sets: electrical, mechanical, welding and more. We offer on-the-job training, vendor training, and offsite technical development to help you expand your expertise.What You'll DoPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment (conveyors, mixers, refrigeration, packaging lines, etc.)Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.Collaborate with operators and supervisors to quickly resolve equipment issues.Calibrate and adjust machinery to meet production and quality standards.Maintain a safe and clean work environment while following GMP and safety protocols.What We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing a plus).Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.High school diploma or GED preferred.Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and working in hot/cold/dusty environments.Team-oriented, detail-focused, and safety-conscious.Why Work With UsCompetitive Pay & Benefits – Health, retirement, PTO, and more.Training & Development – On-the-job, vendor, and technical training to grow your skills.Consistent Schedule – Fixed 12-hour shifts (day or night) with a 3-day weekend every other week.Advanced Facility – Work with state-of-the-art technology including robotics, tunnel freezers, and automated systems.Stable & Growing Company – Our rice products are sold in over 10,000 stores nationwide.
