MassMutual Third-Party Distribution and New Markets Strategy Execution and Analytics As part of the Third-Party Distribution and New Markets Strategy Execution and Analytics team, you will focus on delivering projects that influence executive decision-making, developing analytical insights that move the businesses forward, and delivering high-impact reporting on key metrics that help us assess where we are and where we need to improve. As pace of change continues to accelerate externally and internally, we have to use data/analytics and external insights to move quickly to inform decision-making for the Senior Leaders within Third-Party Distribution and New Markets. Third-Party Distribution and New Markets includes the company's third-party business lines, Worksite, and our efforts to reach new and attractive distribution markets for MassMutual. The team has a deep focus on delivering long-term financial security and value to our policy owners, and takes a collaborative, inclusive approach to driving execution of our strategy. The Impact Own the consolidation, analysis, and interpretation of data from multiple sources to deliver high-impact insights to key stakeholders and senior leaders. Translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling narratives and presentations with actionable recommendations, leveraging data visualization tools. Contribute to complex, cross functional projects that address strategic questions and support business unit and broader organizational objectives. Partner closely with the Strategy Execution and Analytics team and senior leaders to develop reporting that drives revenue growth, analyzes performance trends, and evaluates profitability across business segments. Engage with key stakeholders and senior leaders, to communicate your insights and recommendations on how to advance the business forward. The Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with 5 years of experience. 2+ years of progressive experience using data analysis and strategic concepts. 2+ years of experience contributing to complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders. The Ideal Qualifications Powerful communication: ability to create simple, powerful, and data-driven presentations and effectively use storytelling to influence senior leaders and help their decision-making. Familiarity and working knowledge with data visualization and automation tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy). Demonstrated hypothesis driven problem-solving ability, including skillful translation of business questions into data analytics projects. Prior experience in Financial Services, including familiarity with distribution datasets. Expert with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Powerpoint). Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Experience processing, manipulating, validating, and analyzing large amounts of data by utilizing the latest technology (Excel, SQL, Alteryx, R or Python etc.). Salary Range $99,800-$131,000 At MassMutual, we focus on ensuring fair equitable pay by providing competitive salaries, along with incentive and bonus opportunities for all employees. Your total compensation package includes either a bonus target or, in a sales-focused role, a Variable Incentive Compensation component.
