responsibilities:

• Lead the estimating process for commercial construction projects from bid pursuit through proposal submission.
  
  
• Prepare and manage hard-bid estimates ranging from $100K to $45M.
  
  
• Collaborate with operations, project management, and leadership teams during preconstruction.
  
  
• Mentor and support estimating staff while helping improve estimating processes and best practices.
  
  
• Contribute to the growth of the estimating department and provide leadership as a future Chief Estimator successor.

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial construction estimating experience, including projects valued at $10M+.

• Proven success preparing and managing competitive hard-bid estimates, with proficiency in estimating software (Trimble WinEst preferred).

• Communication and collaboration skills with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, culture-focused environment.
