Zapata Private Wealth Group is a boutique financial planning firm dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and long-term financial guidance. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented recent graduate who wants to begin a career in financial services and learn directly from experienced professionals in a growing firm. This is more than an administrative role its an opportunity to learn the business, develop real-world skills, and build a long-term career in the financial industry.
Who This Role Is Perfect For
This position is ideal for someone who:
- Recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Financial Services
- Wants to learn how a successful financial planning firm operates
- Is interested in eventually building a career in wealth management
- Is coachable, driven, and eager to grow
- Provide administrative support to advisors
- Assist with client service requests and follow-up
- Prepare and process paperwork and account documents
- Maintain accurate client records and systems
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and appointments
- Handle client communication (phone, email, follow-up)
- Support new client onboarding
- Help maintain an organized and professional office environment
- How a boutique financial planning firm operates
- Client service and relationship management best practices
- Industry systems, workflows, and processes
- The foundation for a long-term career in financial services
You do not need prior financial industry experience. We will train you on:
- Our systems and processes
- How we deliver exceptional client service
- The approach that drives our firms success
If obtaining your industry licenses (Series 6, 7, 63, etc.) is part of your career plan, we will support and guide you through that process.
This role is designed to grow into higher-level client service and advisory opportunities over time. Compensation
- $36,000 $50,000 base salary (entry-level)
- $3,000 $5,000 bonus potential
- Significant long-term income potential once licensed and advancing within the firm
