Job Description
Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit Location Atlantis, FL Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Job Description Join a brand new, state-of-the-art 42-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. Utilize your skills in critical thinking and problem-solving in a collaborative environment, focusing on rehabilitation therapies for various patient populations. Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to patients in the inpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Assist patients with therapy exercises and rehabilitation activities.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Must possess a current Florida RN license.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in acute care, skilled nursing facility (SNF), or inpatient rehabilitation unit.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to incorporate weekend shifts into the 5-day work schedule is a plus.
