The Smile Salon seeks a dental assistant to join our dedicated team of dental professionals! Our practice is well-known for providing the community with comfortable and pain-free dental care. Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting during dental procedures
- Preparing and sterilizing instruments and operatories
- Taking digital radiographs
- Ensuring patient comfort and providing education when appropriate
- Assisting with clinical procedures and maintaining efficient patient flow
- Maintaining infection control and sterilization protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience required
- EFDA is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to anticipate the dentist's needs during procedures
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
