We're looking for a warm, energetic Client Success Champion who genuinely enjoys people. You'll help customers navigate everyday needs, solve problems, and feel cared for. Sometimes that means taking a payment or helping file a claim. Other times, it simply means having a great conversation and remembering to ask how someone's family is doing.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with warmth, patience, and positive energy
• Answer inbound phone calls and respond to everyday service questions
• Process payments accurately and responsibly
• Help customers begin the claims process
• Schedule appointments for insurance and financial conversations
• Learn about customers, their families, and what matters most to them
• Identify needs and connect customers with the right member of our team
• Follow through on open items without needing to be chased
• Keep customer information and office records accurate and organized
• Look for opportunities to make someone's day a little easier

Insurance Experience Is Not Required

We'll teach you what you need to know about insurance, our systems, and how we serve customers. We're more interested in your personality, judgment, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Depending on the responsibilities of the position, you may be required to obtain applicable insurance licenses after hiring. We'll explain the process and expectations clearly.

This position is with an independent State Farm agent's office, not with State Farm Insurance Companies directly. Employment terms and benefits are determined by the employing agent.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Redding, Ca.
• Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.
