Responsibilities




  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to create clients for life



  • Use consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and guide them to the right vehicle



  • Become a product expert by learning vehicle features, technology, packages, and benefits



  • Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles



  • Follow up with buyers to encourage referrals and repeat business



  • Learn to overcome objections and excel in sales scenarios



  • Report objectives, daily activities, and performance updates to the Sales Manager



  • Bring a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and your best effort every day


 

Qualifications




  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends



  • Self-starter with ambition and a strong desire to succeed



  • Eager to learn new products, technology, and sales techniques



  • Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates



  • Professional appearance and demeanor



  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
