Dimensional Inspector

Job Description

· This position is responsible for processing and inspecting a variety of engine cases to determine and verify conformance to work specifications using prints, work instructions, layouts, gauges, calipers and other measuring equipment.

· Performing visual and dimensional inspection as part of receiving, in-process and final inspections and reporting any discrepancies found during the inspection process.

· Working with engineering specifications, industry standards, repair manuals, and customer requirements.

· Performing work using scribes, verniers, calipers, height gages, depth gages, micrometers and indicators.

Compensation: Up to $21/hr up based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role include available request.

Skills and Requirements

· Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US)

· Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. · Experience working with engineering specifications, industry standards, repair manuals and customer requirements.

· Experience in aerospace or related industry
