The role focuses on educating healthcare providers about reimbursement processes and helping patients access J&J therapies by resolving coverage and affordability barriers.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submission, and payer coding requirements
• Conduct field-based reimbursement support and access education with healthcare provider offices up to 50% on-site
• Serve as access and reimbursement expert for field sales team and account management
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and anticipate future changes
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning to address patient access barriers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and pharmacy/medical benefit structures
• Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of payer coverage policies and coding requirements across multiple plan types
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub distribution channels
