Job Description
- 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Background in applications engineering, project engineering, customer-driven design projects
- Strong 3D CAD experience (Inventor, SolidWorks, Creo/ProE)
- Approximately 80% design work focused on equipment layouts and customer-specific solutions
- Comfortable working directly with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience supporting quoting, site surveys, and installation activities
- Willingness to travel approximately 25-75%
- Fully remote role; must live within one hour of a major airport
- Compensation: $110K-$120K base + bonus
