Analyzing and processing complex workers' compensation claims by investigating and gathering information to determine claim exposure. Managing a full caseload, including cases of increased severity, while developing action plans for timely and cost-effective resolutions. Calculating and assigning appropriate reserves to claims, ensuring reserve adequacy throughout the claim's lifecycle. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have 3-5 years of workers' compensation claims management experience (must have). Hold a High School Diploma or GED (required); a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Possess experience in handling workers’ compensation lost time claims and are proficient in managing claim recoveries.
