With a continually expanding list of locations across the United States, In The Game provides the latest games and attractions and a delicious chef-inspired menu all in an exciting atmosphere designed for guests of all ages to enjoy again and again. What will you be doing as a Server with Family Entertainment Group?

• Providing excellent guest service
• Preparing restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attending to guests upon entrance
• Presenting restaurant menus and helping guests select food/beverages
• Taking and serving orders
• Answering questions or making recommendations for complementary products
• Collaborating with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Resolving complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issuing bills and accepting payment

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

• Is energetic, enthusiastic, and works well as part of a team
• Is able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Has the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Is able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Possesses excellent people skills and has a friendly attitude
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• This is an entry-level position. No prior experience is needed to apply. We will provide the training you need to be successful. However, special consideration will be given to very well qualified applicants with the following experience:
• Proven restaurant serving experience
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties
• Previous restaurant experience
