You'll be:Managing full-life cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and presenting high-quality, diverse talent for mid-level management, leadership, and technical rolesBuilding and maintaining partnerships with internal stakeholders and client groups to understand and address business staffing needsDesigning and executing recruitment strategies leveraging cold-calling, networking, and web/social-based sourcing methodsLeading recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers and HR, acting as a subject matter expert on hiring techniques and legal considerationsProviding guidance and consultative support throughout the hiring process for candidates and hiring managersGathering and analyzing competitive intelligence and labor market trends to inform search strategies and presentationsGenerating recruitment reports, candidate trackers, and data analytics for designated assignmentsLeading special recruitment projects and mentoring recruitment team members as assignedThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Hold a Bachelor's Degree (required); MBA or advanced degree (preferred)Have 5+ years of recruiting experience across retail, corporate, consumer, or supply chain industriesAre knowledgeable in recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures, with experience developing and implementing recruitment processesPossess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and influential communication skillsTake initiative, excel at prioritization and negotiation, and partner effectively at all organizational levelsDemonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and strong analytical skills to manage change and report on recruitment analyticsExperience supporting international multi-brand consumer, retail, supply chain, consumer, wholesale, or medical device businesses is a plusOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
