License: Current state license required

Certifications: BLS and ARRT certifications required; AART Advanced certification preferred

Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team in the CT department of a Level I trauma center. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience. The position involves working in a dynamic emergency room setting with emergent inpatient needs. Responsibilities include performing CT procedures such as abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and brain perfusion. Candidates will operate CT equipment efficiently and ensure high-quality imaging. Collaboration with healthcare teams is essential to ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards is required. Participation in on-call rotation as warranted is expected, responding promptly to emergent situations. Candidates must possess the ability to prepare and/or administer contrast media. Experience with PACS and Siemens equipment is necessary. This position requires working in an ER setting with emergent inpatient needs and accommodating varying schedules. The facility is a Level I trauma center and is experienced in handling complex cases. Strong skills in communication and teamwork are critical for success in this environment.
