Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to identify patient mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools to formulate individualized treatment plans. \n
- Provide evidence-based short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention across a range of presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. \n
- Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops focused on personal development, coping skills, and mental health education tailored to the needs of our patient population. \n
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and community resource agencies, to coordinate comprehensive care and enhance patient outcomes. \n
- Drive mental health awareness through outreach programs and preventive initiatives, organizing community events that promote wellness and mental health literacy. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, adhering to ethical guidelines and compliance standards to protect patient privacy. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- Possession of a current, active state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), along with relevant qualifications in the field. \n
- A Bachelor's Degree is required; however, a Master's or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is strongly preferred. \n
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the psychological and emotional challenges faced by patients in a clinical setting. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with patients and collaboration with a diverse range of professionals. \n
- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices and brief therapy models applicable in a remote counseling environment is highly valued. \n
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently prioritizing tasks. \n

- A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, with a proven track record of supporting patients through varied mental health challenges. \n
- Experience in community outreach or public health initiatives related to mental health is a plus. \n

- Attractive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. \n
