Desired Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Ohio

Excellent communication and collaboration with students, educators, and families
Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Strong organizational skills and adaptability to varied caseloads

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations of students’ functional abilities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and monitor IEP goals
Deliver occupational therapy interventions that are evidence-based and individualized
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in meetings as needed
Consult and provide resources for teachers and families to promote student success
Utilize teletherapy tools as appropriate to support remote or hybrid caseloads
Adapt therapy plans to meet diverse needs in school, home, and virtual settings
