UCHealth is seeking a Clinical Inpatient Pharmacist to provide advanced, patient-centered pharmaceutical care in an acute care setting. This role verifies and optimizes medication orders, performs pharmacokinetic and dosing consults, and ensures safe sterile compounding and preparation. The pharmacist will round with multidisciplinary teams, provide drug information and education, and contribute to medication safety and quality initiatives. You’ll practice in an academic, research-driven environment that supports ongoing learning, precepting, and professional growth while improving patient outcomes across a diverse population.
