Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives focused on advancing and operationalizing artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities across the organization. This role works closely with a Sr. Project Manager and Business Analyst to help coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, and ensure clear communication across project teams. The pay range for this role is $50-$62/hr.
This position is well suited for an early-career professional or junior analyst looking to grow into a Project Manager role, particularly within an AI-enabled or technology-driven environment. They will gain exposure to enterprise project delivery practices, Agile ways of working, and AI-related initiatives without requiring hands-on technical development experience.

Skills and Requirements
3-7+ years of Project Management experience
Experience supporting AI initiatives, automation projects, process improvements, or AI-driven transformations
Strong stakeholder management and executive-facing communication skills
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (3-4 at a time)
Experience working within PMO/PPMO governance frameworks
Experience in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and Jira PMP Certification (HUGE PLUS)
AI-related certification, education, or project experience
SharePoint experience
Experience standardizing PM tools and processes
