Job Responsibilities

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and develop tailored therapy strategies to facilitate their journey toward achieving functional milestones
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to boost patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and overall daily activities
• Collaborate Within Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in synergy with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure integrated and comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide training to patients and caregivers on therapeutic methodologies to encourage progress and accountability at home
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans accordingly to keep patients on the right path toward their recovery

Educational Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Encouragement for ongoing education or additional certifications post-graduation

Certification Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
