- Competitive Base Salary- $85-105K range/flexible for the right candidate

- Flexible scheduling may be available based on consistently meeting performance criteria (and subject to management discretion)
- Opportunities for Advancement
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment (sheet metal fabrication highly preferred)
- Demonstrated history of working with lean manufacturing tools and methods
- Experience supporting production, tooling, or process engineering initiatives
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and lean methodologies
- CNC programming knowledge preferred
- Experience with Autodesk Inventory (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating labor, materials, and performance data
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through improvement initiatives
